Highly moisturizing, this toner is infused with 77% houttuynia cordata extract along with other EWG green-graded ingredients like panthenol and cica to soothe and protect sensitive skin. Its mildly acidic pH also helps regulate skin’s oil-moisture levels.
This is the renewed version of Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner. Only the packaging design has been changed.
