Description
Professional Activator is a developer, ideal for all needs. It is made using an integrated system of ingredients and technologies that give you the perfect color. It favours the in-depth spreadability and adherency of coloring pigments for rich, long lasting shades. It contains natural protective substances prevent moisture loss during application times. It contains an innovative Complex, working with a latest generation stabiliser, protects the scalp without affecting the coloring process. It is available in 10, 20, 30 and 40 volume.
How to use: It is recommended to be used with Framcolor Eclectic Care in the ratio 1:2 (color : developer). Recommended time: 30-45 minutes depending on the usage. For grey coverage: 35-45 minutes with 20 volume professional activator (developer).
